Contact data: when you authorize access to your Google Contacts, we read contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and postal addresses to enable search functionality within the platform. This data is cached locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.
Operational data: shipment records, inventory entries, and business data you create within the platform

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your identity and provide access to the platform
To enable contact search for logistics operations (cross-dock destination assignment)
To store and manage your operational data

3. Google User Data

Our use of Google user data (including Google Contacts) is limited to the practices disclosed in this privacy policy. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties. Contact data accessed through Google APIs is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to external servers.

4. Data Storage

All operational and contact data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage/IndexedDB). We do not maintain server-side databases of your personal or contact information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser data. You can revoke Google Contacts access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all communications. Authentication is handled by Google's secure OAuth 2.0 system.
